Personal Online Coaching is essentially for individuals who are unable to meet with a Life Coach in person. Giving you the opportunity to discuss and work with a Life Coach over a period of two weeks or a month, to deal with, and resolve whatever you are going through at present, via e-mail.
Personal Online Coaching is for anyone who says yes to one or more of the following:
- Wanting to re-discover yourself?
- Still dealing with emotional issues that you thought you dealt with?
- Needing help to make difficult decisions in life?
- Having self-confidence issues?
- Trying to deal with anger and resentment?
- Trying to better yourself as a person?
- Wanting a healthy relationship?
- Want to discover your life purpose?
- Trying to find direction in life?
- Life isn?t what you want it to be?
- Having feelings of guilt?
- Continuously making the same mistakes?
- To finding the balance between personal, spiritual, family and work life?
- Waking up one morning and realising that there has to more to your life?
Realizing that your life is not exactly what you intended it to be is one of the first steps needed to change. The second step is having the courage to do something about it!
As your Personal Online Life Coach I cannot, for want of a better word, ?fix? you! I can however help, guide, assist, task, support and encourage you in your personal journey of self discovery. I will give you the tools and show you how to use them to enable you to live the life you want.
If you put in the time, effort and energy to develop yourself, you will find that through the help and guidance of God you will change, grow and find your purpose in life.

All correspondence between yourself and I will be classified as highly confidential. Each email from you, will receive a response from me no later than 24 hours after it has been received and read.
I can honestly say that I have been there? stuck; depressed; angry; completely directionless and more? but with the help of God and the guidance from coaching I have been able to find myself and my sense of direction again. The most important element was that I had to put in the effort and challenge myself to identify everything in my life that needed to change. In other words, I needed to deal with my worst enemy? ME, and I did!
